Jason Deere was born on Vance Airforce Base in Enid, Oklahoma on December 19, 1968. His family moved to Norman, Oklahoma where he attended K-12 graduating from Norman High School in 1987. Jason and his wife Sonja graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May of 1994 and moved directly to Nashville, Tennessee.
Jason has been successful for almost three decades as a hit songwriter, record producer, touring artist, remixer, music publisher, artist manager and public speaker.
Jason has written songs recorded by Little Big Town, Lady A, LeAnn Rimes, Marie
Osmond, Jessica Simpson, Olivia Newton-John, SisQó (Dru Hill), John Rich, Jim Brickman, Diamond Rio, SHeDAISY, Alex Boyé, BeBe Winans, Natalie Grant, Point of Grace, David Archuleta Abby Anderson, and Wanessa Camargo; including the end title of Tim Allen’s Santa Clause 2 motion picture.

Jason spent six years working with one of the most successful songwriters of our
generation, Diane Warren (https://www.realsongs.com), arranging and producing Warren’s demo
recordings for her songs and pairing artists with her songs.
Throughout his career Jason has always been devoted to helping other artists become
major label recording successes, collaborating in the process of writing and recording;
acts such as SHeDAISY (Disney’s Hollywood Records), Abby Anderson (Black River Music
Group), Due West (RCA and Black River Records), Ryan Shupe & the Rubberband (Capital
Records Nashville), Katy Perry and Little Big Town (Universal). Deere’s career had quite a
springboard in 1999 when the first act that he had extensively worked with (SHeDAISY)
was signed to Disney’s Lyric Street Records. Deere co-wrote five songs on their double-platinum
debut album The Whole SHeBANG, including one Top 10 and three Top 5 hits.
Jason opened and developed the publishing company Glass Box Music Group (2004 – 2007)
which he later sold to Texas businessman Steve Caperton and Caperton’s company Platinum
Jason signed Texas native Abby Anderson to a management agreement in 2016 and took
her to Black River Entertainment where she was signed. Jason managed all aspects of her
career including successful tours with Russell Dickerson, Chase Rice and Brett Eldredge.
Jason co-owns Nashville Hi-Octane, and had a run of hit single remixes for artists like
Jamie Johnson, Joe Nichols, Lady Antebellum and the best known being Trace
Adkins’ Honkytonk Badonkadonk.
Jason wrote and produced the script, music and video content for the show A Song
Like Me that covers the history of country music in America. The best-selling show runs seven nights a week, April through October each year at Bryce Canyon National Park in the Ebenezer’s Barn and Grill Theater.
Nashville Tribute Band
Jason is the co-founder and producer of the Nashville Tribute Band, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not for profit company that has performed over 1,500 shows in 18 years in the U.S., Canada, China,
Australia and Great Britain. Jason has produced 9 best-selling albums/EPs with the band.
The goal of the band has always been to create events that bring communities together for the things they have in common and to do it for humanitarian causes that benefit those communities.
In 1999 Deere produced SONY BMG’s Brazilian Recording artist Wanessa Camargo’s self-titled debut album Wanessa Camargo.
